Lucky win games

After swiping to register your visit and taking advantage of any special offers that may be available, you will be able to have a bit of fun playing our lucky win games, if available.

If you are successful in the game you will receive a prize. If you are not successful in winning a prize, you could be issued with an entry into an R&R Club second chance draw.

Order rewards Once you have swiped to register your visit and played the game, you will be at the main screen where you can order a reward if you have enough points: Touch the Reward Me button at the bottom of the screen Scroll through the rewards that are available. Your points balance will be shown on the screen Select the product you would like by touching the screen If you are happy with the product and have enough points, touch the Order Now button Touch the OK button to confirm the order and be taken to the password screen Key in your password and touch OK

You will be taken to the order confirmation screen where you can print an order confirmation voucher. The reward will be delivered to your local venue and a staff member will be able to advise you of the expected delivery date.

Shopping

Use the Shopping section of the kiosk to review and purchase special offers for R&R Club members.

Note that those shopping services are provided by third parties and neither Tabcorp nor your venue have any responsibility in relation to them.

Update your details

When you are at the main screen you can update your membership details. To do this you just need to:

1. Touch the Members button at the bottom of the screen
2. Then adjust any information that needs to be updated

Enter a tipping competition

R&R Club members can enrol in the popular Sportspick tipping competitions at their local venue. Sportspick conducts national and in-house competitions for a variety of sports across a network of around 500 venues throughout Australia.

This year there will be over $250,000 in prize money won by Sportspick tipsters on the AFL footy, NRL rugby, EPL soccer and the Spring and Autumn racing carnivals. Naturally the AFL footy tipping competition is the highlight of the winter for most Victorians, and with over $90,000 in prize money available each year, your R&R Club membership offers a great opportunity to be involved.

Just ask the friendly staff at your local R&R Club how to register and place your tips for any of the advertised Sportspick competitions. It is a simple procedure and once you have the hang of it you will enjoy participating in a variety of sports tipping competitions.

Don't worry if you are away for the weekend or for an extended holiday; your R&R Club card allows you to place tips at any other R&R Club venue in Victoria or at any interstate Sportspick venue.

Local trade directory

You can look up information about local traders, who may make special offers to R&R Club members in the local trade directory. To do this, simply:

1. Touch the Directory button at the bottom of the screen
2. Scroll through the information that is available
3. Print any offer vouchers that are relevant

Members' events

The kiosk will notify you of upcoming members' events at your R&R Club, so keep an eye out for any special events the venue is promoting.

Bonus vouchers

When you receive communication from your local R&R Club venue, you may receive bonus offers. In order to use these vouchers at the venue, you first need to validate them at the kiosk and receive a follow-up offer, as shown. If it is a voucher for bonus points, scan the barcode at the kiosk and the points will automatically be added to your balance. If the voucher is for another offer at the venue (for example, a free drink), scan the barcode and print the validated voucher that can then be used to accept the offer at the venue.

Members' Swipestakes R&R Club will frequently provide a major "Swipestakes" prize, which can be won at any participating R&R Club venue. Each time you swipe your card and receive visitation points you will automatically be entered into the members' Swipestakes draw. Its as easy as that! Information in relation to current Swipestakes is available once logged in, or on your R&R Club Member kiosk at your local R&R Club Venue.
